The BEST Low-Carb KETO Cinnamon Rolls!

I have been having so much fun cooking true to my new #KETO lifestyle, especially when I discovered I could make cinnamon rolls that fit in my macros! After doing some searching on the great web, I found a few different recipes that I tried. They were good, but I didn’t feel like they hit it out of the park like I was hoping. So, I ended up coming up with my own recipe that did just that! And let me tell you, this will not disappoint!

So, here you have it my friends: The BEST LOW-CARB KETO CINNAMON ROLLS!



  • 2 Cups Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Spoons Cream Cheese

  • 1 Egg

  • ¾ Cup Almond Flour

  • 1 Tbsp Truvia

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Inside Filling:

  • 4 Tbsp Spoons Melted Butter

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp Truvia


  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 Tbsp Truvia

  • ¼ Teaspoon of Vanilla (optional)



1. Combine the Mozzarella and Cream cheese together on the stove top to melt and blend together.


2. Add melted cheese to the egg, almond flour, baking powder and Truvia. Stir well. It should start to resemble dough.


3. Roll out into a rectangle on parchment paper and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 7 min at 350 degrees. This will help it set and make it easier to roll-up.


4. Melt the butter, cinnamon, and Truvia together.


5. Brush/ pour filling on dough.


6. Roll it up!


7. Cut into pieces and place in the oven at 350 for another 15-20 minutes. You might have to cook them longer depending on how thick they are cut. Cook until they are golden brown.


8.While they are baking, combine cream cheese, Truvia, vanilla (optional), and heavy whipping cream together until smooth.


9. Top the rolls with the icing and enjoy!


This recipe makes 12 rolls and serves 4 people with each serving of 3 rolls coming in at 230 calories and at just over 11 net carbs, you can definitely enjoy these guilt free!


Make sure to look at the carbohydrate content on the cheese you use. Some brands sneak in carbs and sugar here.
